Once again Support send people to the forum looking for a solution !!
No one on here has any power to sort things out : they should have told you that they are aware of the problem and are working on a solution..
It certainly did not need another post -- looking around this forum and the 'bugs' one there are shed loads of posts about the same thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We’re currently looking into an update so that the bonus path challenge is awarding the intended amount of points. After that, we’ll begin investigating another update for players who already completed the challenge, which will take additional time.

I'm in the same boat. I was hoping to see the rewards when the week reset and still nothing. I really liked that skin too!
