Missing all of my twitch drops rewards, including paid twitch sub.

As the title states I have yet to receive any of my twitch rewards.

Could you please suggest anything that might fix this technical error?

On PC, EA App. Both use same email address as Twitch account and EA account. (Not sure if that matters)
