hello , i am missing 400BC after purchasing the premium pass its been more than 24 hrs and it didn't appeared in my in game balance , i am currently at tier 93 with only the last 200 coins remains to collect
i had 1200 when purchase was made now at tier 93 i only have 600
everything was paid through steam

Your Battle Pass completion progress at the time of purchase is important here. Just to clarify, out of the 1,100 BFC available from completing the Battle Pass, 400 BFC are part of the free rewards:
This means that if you had already earned those 400 BFC before purchasing the Battle Pass, you would not receive them again after purchasing it.

I Contacted the support and after 2 days they said that i'm not missing any coins , and i probably purchased something.
so yeah thats the EA for you , robbing players .😃
I’m having the exact same problem. I thought finishing the entire Battle Pass would fix it, but it didn't—I'm still short by 400 coins. I had 1,200 coins before buying the Battle Pass, too. The Battle Pass ends in three days, and I'm still missing 400 coins, so I won't be able to get the next one.
