Missing battlepass season 1 (redeem outage) and BF pro tokens

I tried contacting EA Help official support but that chat doesn't work at all. Empoyee only redirects to making a public forum topic... Like why is there even an way of making a case if support only redirects to here and say they can't do anything....

So I was away on a trip and now back and wanted to play and see the season 1 content.
As stated in https://discord.com/channels/140933721929940992/144885731129556992/1426367466040463360 i should have gotten season 1 and 2 (phanton pre-order) but I haven't unlocked season 1 of the battlepass.
I checked the ingame inbox messages which only goes back 4 weeks and don't see any redeem for the battlepass there.

On another note I also don't see a counter for BF Pro tokens, which I should have since I bought the Phantom edition.

So 3 things:

1: Please send season 1 / 2 redeem which was stated in the discord messsage.
2:  Check my account for not having / seeing a BF Pro token.
3: Non-BF, but EA. Seriously look into support system. Can't even fix stuff or send these type of support cases to the relative department to pick it up. Such bad customer support/
