EA doesn't recognize I own the game.

I have had the issue for months now, but finally felt like digging into it. My game has been crashing on start up without fail for months, I have done plenty of fixes and other things to no avail. I come to find out now when looking on my EA app it doesn't show I even own the game on steam anymore. It used to show that I owned it through steam and could play it. So I guess EA just forgot that I paid $70 to play their game. Would love for this to be resolved, please.
