Missing EA Play Rewards for Battlefield 6

I purchased an EA Play Pro subscription directly through the EA App in August 2025. I preordered and bought the Phantom Edition of Battlefield 6 on Steam. I have not received the promised rewards  (EA Play Season 1 Pack for Battlefield 6) and the (EA Play Deployment Pack for Battlefield 6).

These packs should have been automatically added to my in-game inventory upon subscription activation, but they are missing from my Battlefield 6 loadout and inventory screens.
