Hi, just following up on this issue.
This has now been ongoing for nearly 2 months, and the case is currently under studio investigation.
Since only part of the bundle content was delivered, this appears to be a backend synchronization issue.
I would like to kindly ask if this can be reviewed for a manual grant or resync, as the missing items are still not available on my account.
Any update would be greatly appreciated.

7 days agoHi, I’ve merged your post. Sorry that we don’t have any new updates from the studio to share at the moment. The studio is handling a large number of tickets, so this may still take some time. Thank you for your patience.
