Missing Pre-Order Tombstone Pack
I purchased the Phantom Edition of Battlefield 6 on October 6th 2025 on the EA app. The day the game released I was experiencing the same issues many other players were which was not being able to play on the EA app. After hours of not being able to play, I made a refund request so that I may buy the game on Steam and play there. After seeing none of my Twitch, Beta, or Tombstone bonuses on the Steam app, I refunded that version of the game and decided that I guess I have to wait it out for EA to fix the game on their platform. Upon trying to play the game on the EA app, I was met with a message saying I do not own the game. I then went to the EA help page and closed out my case for the refund since I no longer wanted a refund. However upon repurchasing the game, I no longer have my pre-order Tombstone pack bonuses. I have made several attempts over the last 4 days to contact EA support via chat and email about this issue, and my chats are either suspended early by the agent or I receive no responses via email. I understand that technically I may have refunded the pre-order version of the game, but I hope it is understandable why I made a decision to try and purchase the game on Steam since the EA app wasn't working on launch AND I never was provided any information that refunding the game would remove my pre-order bonuses. I desperately am hoping someone on EA can help understand my issue and resolve it, I will even attach a screenshot of the email I received for pre-ordering the game.
