missing the entire game, being told to purchase again!

I had an account during the Beta and played for a bit under ea play pro. After a month or two I stopped playing. Circle back to now, I used a work giftcard to purchase from gamestop.com and get a digital key for PC. Forgot which ea account had my progress as I had 2 EA accounts one on my pc, one on my ps5. I end up redeeming the key to the no progress PS5 account, ask ea help live advisors to transfer to the right account that had my progress. 

Guy says it's complete try logging in, I login all looks good then I hit find multiplayer game to be told to purchase or get EA PLAY PRO. Loop back to support apparently transferring game licenses to different accounts doesn't exist, but new advisor confirms it was transferred.

Now I try logging in to the fresh account that I had originally redeemed the Digital code to and it prompts me to purchase or get EA PLAY PRO. Due to the itch of me wanting to play on my old account I pay for EA PLAY PRO. Now I try logging to the fresh account on my old PC so I can have my girlfriend play with me, same thing purchase or get EA PLAY PRO. 

Live advisors have been absolutely no help and have just told me to trouble shoot my hardware, I've tried everything and wasted hours on my day off listening to their odd request unplug your pc for 10 minutes and plug it back in and login. You know the drill.

someone help a man save 70$ and game with his girlfriend, PLEASE!
