Soooo i updated my Windows from 10 to 11. The issue is gone. Make of this what you will.
I've noticed this bug since the last update went into effect and pisses me off on mouse and keyboard, minor hitching and stuttering only when moving mouse around while also pressing A-D, if only pressing A-D without mouse moving, no problem. or mouse movement without keys, when together, there's stuttering. The only workarounds are to disable fullscreen optimisations in BF6 windows icon, to try to disable reflex and see with and without it on, to go fullscreen instead borderless, disable uniform soldier aiming and dlss. so far it's been working for me fine with borderless on, dlss on ultra and even ultra high performance and reflex on+boost. also if you're ingame, don't go alt-tabbing, don't go windows then game again, just play the game without alt-tabbing, see if that is what makes it go away. for me it's a combinations of all these issues as sometimes it appears randomly and sometimes it's gone. i would suspect it's uniform soldier aiming and/or reflex. but today it went without issues with reflex on Nvidia card. my specs are 9800x3d, 5080 Astral, 32gb Ram, Razer mouse and keyboard, the mouse is wireless but that's not the issue because i tried with wired mouse and had the same problem.
