Mouse Sensitivity Randomly Changes for No Reason

Ever Since update 1.3.3.0, mouse sensitivity randomly changes. No fix has been able to be found on my end. Tried reinstalling drivers for mouse and gpu, also updated chipset driver, bios, etc... Som...
