My account got reset to level 1

I had the game since October. Recently the game asked me to log into my ea account, and my email wasn't recognized. I've had my account with this email for years. I just checked my account and it says I've been a member since 2025. Makes no sense! I have other battlefield games and my progression is still there. Anyone else having this issue?
