My ADS button shoots one bullet on inverted clicks

We've seen a few reports recently involving ADS and firing behavior acting unexpectedly, so I'd like to narrow down whether this is related to the inverted mouse setup or a broader input issue. Not many players mentioned playing left-handed. Does this happen with all weapons or only automatic weapons? If you temporarily switch your mouse buttons back to their default layout, does the issue go away? Also, does it happen in both Multiplayer and the Firing Range, and are you using any software such as Logitech G Hub, Razer Synapse, Corsair iCue, SteelSeries GG, Steam Input, or any other mouse remapping tools?

A few things that may be worth trying if you haven't already:
Reset all keybinds to default
Recreate your control profile, and delete the Documents\Battlefield 6\Settings folder so the game generates a fresh configuration
Temporarily disable any mouse software or remapping tools
Test with Windows mouse buttons set to default
Disable Steam Input, disconnect any controller or other input devices
Temporarily rebind ADS and Fire to different keys to see if the behavior changes.

I'm having exactly the same problem. Never been a problem until the last couple of weeks. I've figured out what's causing the issue and can replicate it every time. It's to do with having the "Primary Mouse Button" set to "Right" in the Windows 11 settings instead of the default being "Left".

Settings -> Bluetooth & Devices -> Mouse -> Primary Mouse Buttton.

I'm also left handed so it's why I use the setting but I can imagine it isn't the normal configuration people use. No matter what Mouse Buttons you bind aim/shoot to, it always shoots when pressing aim down sights (unless performing an action that would disrupt the gun firing in normal circumstances).

 I looked into this myself, my issue is that I actually still use left and right click like a right handed user (for windows) but swap the aim and shoot buttons for games. It wouldn't be an issue but I use a Zowie Fk1 Mouse which only lets you use the right sight mouse buttons (4+5) if the mouse is set to inverted mode, which is why I use the windows settings to flip the left and right mouse buttons so they're technically at default setting. Being a left hander couldn't get any more inaccessible haha.
