My FPS Dropped From 150s to 30-70 after latest update

I can confirm this; since the last update, the game has been running terribly, and you're not alone. Constant FPS drops, and I didn't make any changes until a couple of days ago to see if updating to DLSS 4.5 would fix it, but it's still the same.

And I've paused Windows updates because they've been awful lately!

I have a 5070TI here.
