Need help launching the game

When I start the game through the steam platform, the anti-cheat pop-up window of the game will pop up normally and load. When it loads to "Starting the game", it will crash and no error message will pop up. At the same time, Battlefield 6 on the steam platform shows that it has not started, and the button to start the game is in a clickable state. I discovered the following issue by querying the event viewer:
The description of event ID 1 from the source Application cannot be found. The component that causes this event is not  installed on the local computer,  or the installation is damaged. Components on the local computer can be installed or repaired.

If the event is generated on another computer, the display information must be saved in the event.

The following is the information contained in the event:

EAAntiCheatService
The game bf6.exe exited unexpectedly, exit code: 0xC000009A

The message resource exists, but the message cannot be found in the message table.

By asking AI, I learned about six possible repair solutions that could be used, which are
1. Fix the EA anti-cheat service
2. Reinstall EA anti-cheat
3. Check if there is sufficient disk space, the usage of memory, and ensure that the virtual memory Settings are reasonable
4. Game file repair
5. Update relevant components and ensure that the Visual C++ Redistributable is the latest version
6. Run with administrator privileges
7. Check for conflicts in security software
However, none of the methods provided could solve the problem. At the same time, I also tried reinstalling the game and reinstalling the Windows system, but the problem still existed. I searched for many methods on the Internet but none of them worked, so I came to the forum to ask a question.

  • Good morning.

A fix for me was the optional Windows update: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. Driver Update (32.0.21030.2001)
Now I've loaded into the game but have no sound
