If you’re still missing rewards, please contact our advisors again so they can manually grant the specific missing rewards to eligible accounts.

I understand that some of you may have already tried previously, but there has been an update.

Only the 3 first levels of the Pro Battlepass can be completed. You can't earn BP points by farming XP and there are no more challenges left so it can't be completed. And buying the rest with the ingame currency costs 1050.

Finishing the "BONUS" so "Get headshot hits" didn't give me anything at all.

Well I haven't finished the challenges from the week before, but they all only grant XP bonuses and so I also can't see the bonus challenge because it ended with the week.
