I guess you could try to use the console or edit the profile and / or launcher shortcut to force it to use DX11, though that's suboptimal, unless your GPU doesn't support the DX12 Hardware API Level.

It doesn't work. Firstly, I'll repeat that the game forcibly changes configuration files right during launch. Secondly, I have an RTX 3060, so DX12 support is present. However, as I mentioned in the title, the problem arose after an update. This is an issue with the game and the developers. Everything works perfectly fine in other games.
