No bf coins after purchasing the Pro season 2

So, I have the same issue as some other users here reported, I have been granted the Battle Pass (Season 2) for free as a compensation for players who pre-ordered the Phantom Edition and had a problem with the EA login back at launch.

I upgraded to BF Pro and paid 24 euros for it (which honestly feels like a rip off) because I always assumed that PRO option will be forever once you purchase it, not only from season to season and it was stated that I should receive coins as a refund for already owning the Battle Pass.

"If you upgrade to Pro, 1100 Battlefield Coins from the cost of the Battle Pass will be refunded to your account. "

I never receieved the coins, i had 850 coins pre purchase, 850 post purchase. i should have at least 2000 coins more. 

Please also look into this problem because it feels like a rip off and read other user's posts also. It's not only me.
