No Ribbon Bonus After Matches

I've noticed that my bonus points have been extremely low since I started playing Season 2. Apon closer examination I noticed that I'm not being awarded any ribbons for multiple kills, assists, enemy spotting, ect. These ribbon points are normally a few thousand depending on how well I did in the match.

Has anyone else noticed that ribbons are no longer being added to your end game score?
