Not all BF Pro/BP rewards received

So I didn't have the Battle Pass when the new season launched, I had gotten it a few days after the fact. I had progressed through 1 and a half of the paths before purchasing and it has since been bugged for me. I have received SOME of the rewards but not all of them. I purchased the BF Pro version and only received half of the rewards. It's mostly the soldier skins and weapon variants that are missing. The BP says that I've unlocked it but when I go to equip the reward it says that "I can unlock this via the BP". I was hoping that future updates would fix this issue but they haven't. I've checked the forums and did everything that was suggested to do to fix but nothing has changed. Please fix this.
