I'm sorry to say that we can help with this here, as nobody can access game accounts to give you the coins. Unfortunately, if EA Help aren't able to refund them under their policies, then I'm not sure what else you can do.

It could be worth trying to speak with EA Help about the situation further, there's certainly no harm in doing that, but they might be prohibited from refunding the coins as they can be used to skip the pass normally.
