Only melee available

This has only happened since season 2 and I play on PC. I will be playing the game, and when switching from gun to gadget, or vice versa it defaults to melee only and will not allow a switch to weapons or gadgets. I am still able to rez teammates, and I am able to enter into a fixed gun, but not able to use anything else other than melee. Only fix is to quit the match, and sometimes have to restart the game. 

It happens randomly. I have verified the integrity of the files (steam) and it has no issues.
