Packet loss and high latency.

I keep getting packet loss and high latency pretty much all the time. 

Attached a short video of gameplay as an example whats happening, it happens all the time, when spawning, just running around or in a fight.

System good enough, using ethernet 500/500 up & down. This is the only game this happens in.

Anyone knows a fix or is this on ea's end?
