PC freezing after 10 minutes of playing since 4/16

What's next, display adapter emulation like in the SecuROM days with Virtual CD drives?
I thought that I paid for this one and thus get a frictionless experience and support for the product. Hell, you cannot even raise a support ticket for your issue anymore...
