I formatted my Windows 11 installation and did a fresh install. I set up all the latest drivers, used DDU to remove the NVIDIA drivers, and installed the newest version. I downloaded BF6 and applied my settings. I was in the shooting range for 22 minutes and everything was fine. After I exited the game, my PC froze because the anti-cheat was still running in the background.
I know enabling the iGPU fixes it, but I wanted to check if a bad anti-cheat update corrupted something in the system, just to be sure. So troubleshooting is pointless until DICE and the anti-cheat team fix it.
Having the iGPU enabled can cause other problems, such as FPS drops, RAM allocation issues, etc. Thats why most of us disable it. Its pointless to have it enabled on a desktop PC, and its usually only used for troubleshooting if the GPU starts acting weird etc.
