Permanent ban for a Steam account name

Hi 

Well, in a last leap of faith im comming to forums to see if i can find a human that works on EA, because all the tries i got in EA Help only lead to authomatic responses.

So basically when the bf6 beta started i got banned for 7 days in my EA account, on EA app and website i couldn't figure out what was the reason, only that global info of something offensive or violent. At the time i even made a theory that it was edgy way for EA to reduce the palyercount on the beta, since i even made an apeal and even on the apeal i only got a general automatic message saying that the decision would not be reversed.

Now when the game drops i get permanently banned but now i saw the email that statedthat the reason was my Steam account name, wich is already a bit weird as it is nothing major that has a minimal reason for the heave penalty. My steam name was Kim Jong o terrorista. In my country, the expression terrorista is often aplied to a kid wen he is very active. Me and a couple of friend had a few laughs because of a montage of a picture with a korean kid and for that reason i had changed to that name as a joke but in the meantime time passed and i just stoped playing and it stayed like that.

Doesn't make any sense the heavy penalty for something that has no warning, and its also kind of nonsense getting banned when i cant even display my EA account name (davidxfranco20) on the game. Reminder that when i created my ea account everything was done according to the terms and now i get banned for this kind of thing is crazy.

Still have some hope that there is 1 human in EA that can answer to costumer problems. Not only i wanted to not have 99€ stolen from me but also there are other games that i follow like EA WRC and to be honest if there is no solution for this there is absolutely no way someone can trust to put money here.
