played a full match of TDM and got only 189exp. Who is having this issue?

Who is having this weird issue? happened today when i logged on and played TDM to warm up? ever since for the past 5 game or so i keep getting this same amount of exp? How to fix this?

experience points aren’t being counted after matches. I only get 4 XP points! I don’t know why!
