Premium Rewards prev. earned before purchase of pass not received.

So played all of S1 and earned 1100 bf coins. I didnt play any of S2. Once I got to about halfway in the first path I took in the Battle pass of S3 which was tiger shark. I bought the pass. Since then I’ve been playing and am now at level 76 of 110. See photo attached. I should have 800 bf coins at this point. With 300 more to earn to reach that 1100 mark to be able to buy the next pass.  Instead I’m at 600 bf coins. I haven’t purchased anything other than the battle pass this season. So I’m not sure why I didn’t get them. I also didn’t receive the Mako Skin for the transport Heli in the Tiger shark path. I want to be able to buy the pass in season four. See photo attached.
