Prestige Battle Pass Path Cannot Be Activated After Purchasing BF Pro
Here’s what happened, I was at 17/22 levels on the 4th main Battle Pass path. I purchased BF Pro, expecting tier skips to unlock all remaining levels on the main paths and also unlock the Prestige path.
After the purchase, all main paths were completed automatically, but the Prestige path did not unlock. Even the instant unlocks from BF Pro did not apply to the Prestige path.
Now I cannot activate the Prestige path at all. After matches, the game shows “No active path” and I do not receive any Battle Pass XP, because the game thinks no path is active. When I press F to activate the Prestige path, the activation sound plays, but nothing happens.
I would really appreciate it if the developers could investigate and fix this issue, because currently I am completely unable to progress on the Prestige path.
Should tier skips from BF Pro even apply to the Prestige path, or is it intended that they do not affect it? How can I now get the missing Prestige path content and rewards?

Just a quick one on this. The team is looking into it, but it states in the store, "Tier Skip does not count towards the Prestige Path completion."
