Prevent Ban?

I was unjustly banned for “cheating” on the 10th and can’t play till the 15th of OCT. I didn’t cheat in any way listed that EA has described. I wish they would be more specific of what I was accused of on cheating(which I wasn’t). I played maybe 4-5 hours multiplayer then the next day played 3 hours campaign and became afk on the pause menu from the campaign. Came back 5 hours later to a ban with an email from an hour prior saying I was caught cheating. I WASNT EVEN ONLINE!!!! I played on steam and now will just play on my Xbox to be safe however I don’t want it to happen again. I tried submitting an appeal but both my phone and computer have failed to do so from there not being an option to fully submit an appeal. I receive no case number or email after “submitting”. Please HELP ME!!!!
