I have the exact same problem!
I completed the current weekly bonus (week 10) on December 31, 2025, but I didn't receive any tokens for the Battle Pass Bonus Track/BF Pro! I continued playing and used my Battle Pass Points modifiers (over 2 hours) and still didn't get any more points for the BF Pro Bonus Track. The modifiers are now gone for nothing, and I couldn't complete the Pro Track.
Yesterday, January 1, 2026, the bonus challenge for week 10 showed 85 tokens, but the points weren't added to the Pro Bonus Track. I didn't get any points in another round today either. The Pro Bonus Track is only active for a few more days, and I can't complete it!
They emailed me a few times, saying it’s a known bug with thousands of players. They are working on it. It was stated it will be solved within 48 hours but we’re past that timeline. They’re posting on X when it’s solved. Crazy. For anyone who pays maximum for the premium game, this should be resolved immediately.
