Problem Connecting to EA Service

As the title implies, im having this problem since 10+ years ago and it still persistent on any ISP that i used. I occurred randomly, but mostly happened on weekend or holiday. FYI, i live in Indonesia and for the past 10 years, i use 3hutchison, XL Axiata, Smartfren, ByU, Telkomsel, and Indihome. The same problem appeared regardless the ISP. This happened in other game like Insurgency: Sandstorm and Squad, but never on the steam itself or while browsing or watching video/stream. If any Indonesian have this problem, feel free to share it in comment, just dont write any sensitive or personal data. Thanks.

note: I do use CloudFlare Warp and it's on when startup.
