guys great news i found solution!!
i uninstall steam battlefield 6 and install it in ea app.. works like charm.. everything is okay, they said ea app and steam when connected we can freely choose which platform to play..
ITS FIXED//

UPDATE: I played a few matches of gauntlet (not sure if the mode matters) whilst my profile was still showing as lvl 0 then restarted the game and it was back to normal. Worth a try for anyone else experiencing this issue, good luck!

Having the exact same issue. It’s been that way for a few hours on my end. Not sure what to do.
