PS5 BF6 purchase reset after Steam unlink 6 month cooldown unfair
Hey everyone, total stupid move on my part, I unlinked Steam from my main EA thinking PS progress would carry over. Nope. Went to a blank new account and now PS5 is level 1.
Been through 4 support chats but the same answer and now I've got a 6 month cooldown til Sep 19 and no way around it. PC plays fine through EA App but PS purchase is dead til then. Got full access and proofs to both accounts. But support can't lift the cooldown
Anyone got senior support to help on this? I really just don't wanna wait for 6 months, I'd highly appreciate if anyone could help me :) @EAHelp @EAAssist

Unfortunately we can't do anything about that timer here on the forums either; we don't have the tools to look into accounts here. I can only recommend that you wait the time until you can un/relink your platform.
