This just happened to me starting a few days ago (January 25-ish, 2026) on PS5. I see this thread is several months old, so obviously EA has not addressed the issue yet. My profile and stats all reset to zero and default every time I fire up the game now...but I still have my previously unlocked weapons from progression.
