Community ManagerThis is 100% still overheating. Either clean the fan and heatsinks inside the console really well yourself or get this done professionally. Once really clean you should be good to go for a few months. Smoking in the room actually makes this worse as the dust/lint gets 'sticky'.
This just happened to my console as well. I completely cleaned the inside of my console (fans and heatsinks included) 2 weeks ago. This kind of crash has never happened before. I had to unplug my console for it to turn back on. Just a heads-up, EA.
