PS5 Completely Shuts Off Only When Playing Battlefield 6. NOT overheating

I need to bring attention to a serious issue happening with Battlefield 6 on PS5.

My PS5 completely shuts down while playing BF6 — not a crash to dashboard, not an error message — a full system power off. I have to unplug and restart the console.

Let me be very clear:

This ONLY happens with Battlefield 6

I have zero issues with any other game

My PS5 is not overheating

My PS5 is not defective

I’ve taken every troubleshooting step possible:

Cleaned the console thoroughly

Cleared cache

Rebuilt database

Uninstalled the HD texture packs

Turned off chromatic aberration

Turned off motion blur

Turned off vignette

I even lowered visual settings specifically to reduce load on the console, and it STILL shuts off.

Again — I have no crashes, shutdowns, or instability in any other game. This is isolated to Battlefield 6.

This is not a hardware issue. This is not dust buildup. This is not user error.

This is a Battlefield 6 problem.

The developers seriously need to investigate this immediately because a game should never be hard-shutting a console like this. There are clearly stability or optimization issues happening here on PS5.
