PSA: Mouse Input is broken in this game (looks similar to bad frame timing)

Mouse input is broken, which ruins an otherwise well optimised game. This looks to be getting confused with poor frame timing in a lot of threads, but controller input is unaffected. For reference...

+1 exact same issue as described by OP.  Mouse input is incredibly jittery, but simply strafing left/right, or using a controller is perfectly smooth

9800x3d
RTX 5090
240hz OLED

No issue with mouse camera rotation in other games.  Able to maintain a solid 160+ fps, but camera rotation via mouse feels awful.  Please prioritize fixing this as soon as possible.  Hard pill to swallow for a $70 shooter on PC to have busted mouse aim.
