EDIT: After more testing in actual matches and not just the firing range, it is still choppy during certain scenarios. Sometimes seems worse than before but might just imaging that. FPS counter is locked at 125, but presumably frametimes or something are fluctuating during heavier scenarios and the choppiness then returns.
Capping my fps to 125 using the in-game limiter fixes the issue for me as well. I have g-sync enabled in the Nvidia app, v-sync off in-game, and reflex enabled in-game (if that even matters). Mouse is a Logitech G Pro x Superlight set to 1000hz in hardware mode (Ghub not installed). My monitor is an Alienware AW3423DW QD-OLED set to 144hz. I have a good PC so easily am able to hold the cap at 125. I've only tested in the firing range so far, but it's a very obvious difference. Need to test the rest of the game/maps. Cheers to whoever recommended this fix. I usually play at 138fps, so losing 13fps isn't a big deal, and well worth it for a smooth experience.
