lMMORTALmeow You are confusing "true" stutters with mouse polling rate issues. The stutters you see here are often caused by an overloaded CPU+/RAM or VRAM leaks not by your mouse. In rare cases with EXTREME polling rate settings (like 8000hz) some cpus can indeed struggle like this, but it's not the case since BF6 is blocking yours at 125hz anyway. What you are experiencing is a problem on your end, "user error".
In this topic we do not experience this, it's a mouse interpolation problem, where the refresh rate of your screen(synced with FPS) is much faster than your mouse inputs (X,Y datas of your mouse are updated less often than your actual picture). This causes a choppy panning movement, not smooth, a bit jumpy and can become heavily uncomfortable to those who are sensitive about that and also lead to bad enemy spotting when panning real slowly. Mouse inputs always have to be faster.

Do you have any advices how I can fix it? I do not experience any kind of the issue in other games, only in BF6. Only in Squad with 1000hz I will have 10fps 1% when avg is ~80fps, so I just use 125 and it helps. I see not more than 80% of CPU usage during gameplay in BF6 while in 2042 I had 100%
My specs: 13600k, 6800xt, 32gb ddr4.
