PSR BUGGED!!!! NEED HELP!!!!

My PSR is at level 8 already, but the attachments are all with a LOCKED icon. I couldn't switch from one attachment to another. Before I can freely choose any attachments, I want but I think after the update, this happened. Please help, I couldn't maximize my PSR because of this. Please respond with an actual agent and not a system generated response. I've bought the Phantom edition BF6 and spent money for this game, please fix this issue.
