Purchased phantom edition upgrade…

So about 2 weeks ago i downloaded the free REDSEC version and then purchased the phantom edition upgrade. After it installed, the campaign option completely vanished from the main menu, and multiplayer content is still locked. 
I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled everything. I’ve hard reset my Xbox, I’m done every possible option for troubleshooting, and when nothing worked, I went to EA support where I then spent hours emailing back and forth answering their questions and telling them that every option they gave me to try, I’ve already tried. After those hours, I finally got into a live chat with an advisor, which lead no where. What is going on and how do I fix this crap?
