The whole package glitched out after I bought 2 things I put 2500 coins one was 600 and the elite pack with the pickaxe was 1900. And I still cannot use my pickaxe equip it like I never bought the content and it doesn’t show up in the store or any of the items .. I can’t even look up what the elite package I bought was .. I know it had the pickaxe in it but my game is acting like I don’t have it .
At least give me my refund like **bleep**
I have had the exact same experience... Bought 5000 BF Coins, purchased a cool looking winter pack, it didn't show up so I tried purchasing again, this time it was linked to a different pack then the item disappeared entirely from the store, like its future content that was mistakenly displayed early.
I spent an hour texting EA, during which time I was transferred and had to explain the whole story again all while waiting 5-10mins for responses, half of which were 'thanks for this information'. The result was: check the forums for similar issues. I called them out on this and demanded a refund for the items I never received, they said I'd need to process a refund through Xbox. So I did, but now I'm -3800 BF coins...
I'm a loyal fan of the franchise and encouraged many people to buy this game. Please make this right EA.
Update: the items showed up after a day or so, which leaves this half resolved, as I still bought another pack mistakenly because it was incorrectly linked.
Did you actually unlock the pickaxe in the winter event? I did not unlock it but I saw that there was a bundle with it in the store a few minutes ago for 500 points. So I bought it thinking that would allow me to equip the pick axe. Nope. Its still locked.
At least they gave you a coin refund I didn’t get any back then yesterday they dropped a similar pack with a skin for the pickaxe and it won’t let me equip it .. maybe because when the pickaxe battle pass dropped I did 9/10 and the 10th one I needed was the pickaxe but I had to get ready for Christmas thinking I had atleast until then but the last day to unlock it was the 23 , but still doesn’t explain the rest of the missing content

I wouldn’t have bought any of the packs if I knew it wouldn’t unlock the pickaxe
