Putting me in the wrong server region

i start any portal experience myself and its in chile servers or something and i have 150 ping and its horrendous to play and ive tried everything to fix it. this is just dumb i wanted to just run hide n seek with a few of my buddies but nope cant even do that unless one of them host it which its also happening to 1 other. even when i try to knife them it takes like 3 hits its crazy ladders are super delayed also.
