Random Game Freezes - Temporarily Locks Up PC

Ever since the REDSEC update i've been getting random game freezes at random times.

These freezes when they occur cause the game to stutter, all sound to be muted, and if in a Discord call it causes my voice to become robotic. The Entire pc becomes unresponsive for about 5-10 seconds.

If the lag happens for too long, the game will crash out and close with no error.

This happens on both the EA App version of the game and the Steam version of the game. I have spent a week trying different things to fix it, running the game on the lowest graphics settings, disabling REFLEX and other specific things to no avail.

I've run various other modern games for hours and can't reproduce it anywhere other than in Battlefield 6.

My system is high-end, specs are:
GPU: Nvidia RTX 4090 (base clocks, no overclocking)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7950X (not overclocked)
MOBO: ASUS Crosshair X670E HERO
MEMORY: 64GB Corsair Dominator DDR5 (EXPO Profile)

One other note, i was streaming the game today and the lag spike happened, causing a huge system freeze larger than usual. Windows event viewer shows an ERROR level event in nvlddmkm (Nvidia kernal level driver). Left my pc unresponsive for about 10 minutes.

Tried all of the usual things, driver cleanup with DDU and clean install, reinstalled the game, verified files etc, etc.

Some other notes which may be important:
Running the game at 4K resolution, fullscreen windowed, I have 2 monitors running at 160Hz.
I seem to frequently, but not exclusively, get these freezes when in-game, and I hit "Enter" to open chat.
Also seems to occur frequently shortly after getting to the main menu
Also seems to occur frequently when transitioning between the end game to the next game
I play with an Xbox Elite 2 controller connected via Bluetooth.
