Ranked - kills not registering, disconnecting

I came back to the game after being away for a few months and I'm trying to grind my way up so I can play in a party with my buddies. It's bad enough that I have to play with people who just leave the match or sabotage the round, but my kills and assists aren't registering in nearly every match. I started recording my games just to verify. Just to spit in my face, the end stats screen on one of my last matches showed 1 pistol kill, but the stats and RP didn't reflect any kills. In another match, the game glitched out and I was just teleporting all over the place before my whole team was disconnected. Then I was disconnected "due to inactivity".
