Raven Raider pack gone

Nothing from the pack I purchased is in my inventory any longer, and it is no longer listed in the store, neither do I have a refund. Others on steam have similar problem, no word yet, no response to my submitted ticket... Anyone??

Yikes, now they are taking items away? their system is completely busted, i'm still missing the instant unlocks from BF Pro, now i'm never buying skins if they can just take things away because of their broken system
