Raven Raider pack

I purchased the Raven Raiders pack, applied the sticker to some if my guns and a couple of days later the content has disappeared, leaving an empty sticker slot on the weapons I customised. The sticker and other items are no longer available to select in the customisation menu.

Anyone else had this issue with the same pack or a different one?

This is not about ingame store rotation of packs disappearing, this is about a purchase being removed.

I have a support ticket in for it, hopefully they can fix the issue.

    Same here on Xbox. Support just keeps telling me to restart my game. Now after days of emiling they are ignoring the context of my messages and instead are acting like I'm having issues logging in to the game, which last time I checked wasn't an issue. Suppose I'll find out when I get home.

    I was kinda shocked when I saw the content within the bundle gone
    And it was still there the night before it happened, I was gaming with my friends

    So I immediately submit a ticket to EA Customer Service
    Yet, the issue still persists

    First, I asked about
    Me: "Was the bundle only available for a period of time after purchase?"
    EA: Please provide your proof of purchase, so that we could check account log from the backend
    Then, no response despite given estimated time of purchase

    Then it got forwarded to someone else
    EA: Please follow the instructions on the list/link, to make sure(that maybe it issue on user's end)

    Me: Did and checked everything on the list.
    So I asked whether it was something about copyright dispute, since I saw some posts on Reddit

    Then, it got forwarded to someone else, again
    EA:
    "Well we won't be able to comment on this at the moment as we have no details on this, however we have raised request for more details on this issue with the team and would suggest you to keep an eye on our social media pages for more updates on this.

    Me: Okay

    It's almost a week after the last message
    Still, I've yet to see any updates or hotfix that address this issue
    Just wanted to post here so that players with the same frustration would have some insights
    Tbh, half of the responses from them, kinda feels like AI generated/Bots
    And now, I'm still waiting for an answer

  • Victim of this theft aswell. It's not that I was going to give EA any more money anyways, but this is so outrageous that I will make sure that everyone I play BF6 with, know not to either.

  • Yeah I've got like 7 different reps all copy pasting the same rubbish response, and NOBODY is talking about this. Not on X, not on Facebook, they're just ignoring the problem cos only a handful of people actually bought it, I guess, so we can be safely swept under the rug while they buff SMGs again, I suppose.

  • This was after about 45 minutes of waiting for Aaron to research the problem. Best I've gotten. Emails say similar thing. "They have it documented and will update." (Yeah, course...) It's been weeks! In another week, the amended pack will be up in store, and I will bet hard cash they will not put it back into our inventories and we'll be back on here.

    Same here, no word, no message, just take my money, no refund of coin, itll be a long time before I put any more money into the store.

    A little update prior to my comment under this post
    Tonight, I logged in and checked with the hope that it'd pop right back
    And it did!
    The sticker for both weapon & profile, plus the parachute skin is right back as they were
    However, they didn't send any notification or response to my Email
    So make sure you click it open to check it
    If you're still missing any content from the bundle,
    I highly suggest that you file a case via customer service

  • UK PC Steam player, it seems to be back, and only yesterday you can see my post of what I was told as I was an hour in live chat... Let's hope it stays. The Narsil sword on the sticker is unchanged.
