REDSEC freezes before deployment only on my EA account (PS5)

Hello Battlefield Team,

I am experiencing a consistent issue in REDSEC mode on PlayStation 5.

The game freezes every time just before deployment during the helicopter jump sequence. The screen freezes completely, forcing me to close the game.

The issue only occurs in REDSEC. All other game modes work normally.

Troubleshooting already completed:

- Reinstalled Battlefield 6.

- Restarted the PS5.

- Cleared the PS5 system cache.

- Rebuilt the PS5 database.

- Verified there is sufficient free storage.

I also performed an important comparison test:

I signed into a different PSN account on the exact same PS5, using the same Battlefield 6 installation and the same internet connection.

REDSEC worked perfectly on the other account without any freezing.

This strongly suggests the problem is related to my EA account or REDSEC profile data rather than my console, game installation, or network.

Expected result:

REDSEC should load normally and allow deployment.

Actual result:

The game freezes before deployment every time.

Could someone from the Battlefield team please investigate whether this is an account-specific issue or corrupted profile data?
