Redsec not showing in game after downloading!!! I am fed up i need a fix

So i downloaded Redsec and its HD Textures, now when i get into the game it tells me update required or missing files, When i even press on install nothing happens, I Tried going to EA Launcher and Press repair on the files it tells me all the files repaired and ready to play, and when i relaunch the same happens, I even tried Clear Cache from the EA App and still no fix???????? What the hell????? That's Messed Up, EA Give me a fix now!!!!
